I really wanted to like this, but the pen feel just isn’t for me. It’s more draggy and rubbery than paper-like, which was frustrating because I feel like that wasn’t made very clear before I bought it. After a few pages, my hand starts getting tired, and I end up just going back to a regular notebook.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but it keeps crashing on me. I’ll be using it and then it just closes or freezes out of nowhere. Frustrating

I tried to return my order it was a lot more annoying than it should’ve been. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out the next step. It really wasn’t a great experience, and at this point I’d expect at least an apology for how much of a hassle it turned into.

I wanted to like Supernote, I really did, but the syncing has just been too unreliable for me. Sometimes my notes take ages to show up, other times they don’t seem to sync at all. I found myself restarting the app and constantly checking if things had updated, which gets old fast when you’re using it every day. It’s frustrating enough that I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but every update seems to change something I actually use and then somehow adds new bugs on top of it. I keep hoping the basic issues will get fixed, but it feels like I’m just waiting around while more things break. Is anyone else feeling this way too?

For me, it ended up feeling like too much trust required and not enough clear, easy choices.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this: the pen loop broke on mine within a few days of normal use. I wasn’t rough with it or anything, so it was disappointing. If you’re counting on that feature to hold up, I’d be careful.
